Services

Dehradun Web Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, SEO, design, cloud/DevOps, and IT consulting services. Scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

Payments

Standard payment terms: 40% advance, 30% at mid-project milestone, 30% on delivery. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure provided content does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain backups of any content shared with us

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
