Refund Policy

We want every client to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds apply for Dehradun Web Solutions services.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we start development, you receive a full refund of any advance payment minus a 5% processing fee, within 7 business days.

After Work Has Started

Once design or development work has begun, advance payments are non-refundable. You receive all completed work up to the cancellation point.

Milestone-Based Projects

For milestone payments: completed milestones are non-refundable. Future milestones may be cancelled with written notice. Partial refunds for incomplete milestones are evaluated case-by-case.

Maintenance & SEO Packages

Monthly maintenance and SEO packages can be cancelled with 15 days written notice. No refund for the current billing month. Unused prepaid months are refunded pro-rata.

Quality Guarantee

If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will revise at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue after 2 revision rounds, a partial refund may be issued for the affected portion of work.
